Every cost, up front
- Site build: one price, quoted in writing before any work starts. Half is due to start, half when the site goes live.
- Online ordering or booking: $175-$400 to set up, added to your build quote.
- If you cancel: after the deposit is paid and before your site goes live, 15% of the build price is kept for the time already spent, and the rest of your deposit is refunded. On an $800 site, the deposit is $400: $120 is kept and $280 comes back to you.
- Domain name: about $15-$25 a year, paid to the registrar in your name. Included if you're on the care plan.
- Hosting: included with the care plan, or free on your own Netlify account if you host it yourself.
- Ordering or booking apps: their fees go to them directly, never through us.
- Extra work: more revision rounds or pages than your plan includes are priced in writing before any of it is done.
- Sales tax: added only where Ohio law requires it, and shown on your quote.
Nothing else is added without your OK in writing. These terms are also written into your quote, so you see them before you pay anything.

How online orders and appointments work
Your website doesn't need its own ordering system. We connect it to a trusted service that handles payments, calendars and reminders, and we put a clear button for it on every page. The account stays in your name, so the money goes straight to you.

If your register already has an online ordering page, we link the "Order online" button to it, and orders come into your kitchen the same way your other orders do. No system yet? We help you set one up.
Your own ordering page avoids the per-order commission that delivery apps charge.

Customers pick a service, a stylist and an open time. Each stylist's profile gets a book-now button, and the app texts reminders so you get fewer no-shows.

Common questions
Do I pay anything before I see a design?
No. You get a free homepage mockup first. If you like it, half the build price is due to start and the rest when the site goes live.
I don't have good photos. Is that a problem?
No. On the Full business site plan we can stop by your shop and take photos. On the One-page plan, clear phone photos work fine.
Can I change my hours or menu myself?
Not on your own. Your site is built as plain, fast pages with no login. On the care plan, text or email the change and it's done within two business days. If you'd rather make edits yourself, ask about adding a simple editor when you get your quote.
Do I have to sign up for the care plan?
No. You can host the site yourself or with another company. The care plan is for owners who would rather not think about it.
What if I change my mind partway through?
The free mockup costs nothing. If you cancel after paying the deposit and before your site goes live, 15% of the build price is kept for the work already done and the rest of your deposit is refunded. For example, on an $800 site the deposit is $400, and you get $280 back.
What if I already have a Facebook page?
Keep it. Your website links to it, and your Facebook page links back. Many customers search Google first and never see Facebook.
